I have been visiting Christine for years now, and recommended her to several others and will continue to do so.

Again, everything seemed, felt rushed. I like Dr. Ngyuen. I think she Is a good doctor. I like having her as my doctor, however, this visit just seemed more rushed than normal.

Dr. Nguyen is a great addition to the clinic. I've been a patient for over 25 years.

The doctor seemed to be in a hurry to walk out, I had more questions about my health but didn't get to ask them all, I felt rushed

This was my first visit with Dr. Nguyen (Dr. Atwod retired). I was very impressed with her. She was very articulate and went through my records to familiarize with my issues. Then discussing what we would do. I was very happy.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen and I was very impressed! She is an excellent listener and very empathetic. She went over and above my expectations with her time and thoroughness in dealing with my medical issues, which are many. She has also been terrific with following up after the appointment. I would very highly recommend her to others.

When I saw her at Overlake Clinic in Kirkland she was less rushed

Dr Nyguen is second to none! She cares about me and tells me what I need to know and do. She spends time explaining my issues and is genuinely concerned about me and my health! So is her staff.

I always leave my visits with Dr Nguyen feeling like I truly have an advocate in my short and long term health. She truly listens to my concerns, takes the time to explain things that many providers overlook, and offers multiple care paths that I can evaluate. Her follow-up is highly detailed and informative.

She was just extremely rushed & a bit hasty when I was sharing a very personal & sensitive topic.

Dr Nguyen is a fantastic provider, I just didn't care for being left feeling as though my appointment was an inconvenience because she had too many other things going on at the same time. I felt like I was rushed thru the visit at times.

I don't like to recommend her because she doesn't respond. I left to messages with the from desc, my chart and she doesn't respond to my pharmacy! Adds to much stress , not worth it!

I had a serious ear infection that needed an urgent ENT referral. Dr. Nguyen sent over the urgent referral but the ENT office said it would be MONTHS before I could be seen.

Dr. Nguyen asked questions, didn't disclose what fit into an "annual physical" versus what she would bill for of my responses. Thus, I was surprised when I received a bill for "additional time." This is unprofessional. I shared and she provided referrals, yet even though I provided the specialist I prefered's office info. The referrals still didn't make it to the office. I had to reach out to Overlake Clinic Kirkland again. We had an echart correspondence about my ask about what I said that she "extra billed for" and she didn't say specifically, which is still not disclosing what I can or cannot talk about in an annual physical. Then she claimed in that correspondence we talked about counseling in the appoint which is not true. I asked for referrals to medical specialists which resulted in a referral to massage, chiropractor, and cardiologist. If that is what got me "extra charges" then disclose that. Not clearly communicating why I was "extra charged' comes across shady.

They tell me what's good for me and even give me like a meal preps plan since they our worries!

This was supposed to be a routine year physical/wellness exam. My disappointment roots in complete lack of bedside manner and her peculiar focus on prescription history. No questions about my health and no exam, she was only on computer.

Doctor Nguyen is always very attentive to my concerns and educative on all things related to my health.

Dr. Nguyen is a very good listener, she is always asking more questions and makes you feel at ease. She is very caring and thoughtful with her treatments and always follows up on referrals. She is very open and straight forward and is always considering my opinion and how I feel about her treatment recommendations.

Only issue for me is that my provider is moving to the main facility is so much more crowded & congested area.

Excellent listening, attentive, and very pleasant. Dr Nguyen reviewed past records since I have only been with her for 2 Wellness exams. I appreciate her.

Spent almost all time (25min) on the computer reviewing my prescription history and less than a minute for exam and listening.

The experience was good, taught me some things on what to look out for and to do at home with the problem I came in for.

Post physical, I received a call from, I assume was a nurse, to explain the need to see a specialist regarding my blood test. I would have preferred to talk with my doctor as I had a few questions.

All the medical professionals I interacted with were very professional and pleasant.

Not enough lubricant used for pap and it was very painful. The most painful one I've ever had.

Definitely will be recommending. I also advised a friend to call and make an appointment as he has some similar medical situations like me.
